Lost eNotary ID Card
You must contact the State of Delaware Notary Administrator within 10 days if you
discover that your Delaware e-Notary ID card, electronic signature or seal has been
stolen, lost, damaged, password compromised or otherwise rendered incapable of affixing
a legible image.
In the case of theft or vandalism, you must also inform the appropriate law enforcement
agency.

Please provide the following information in your Lost Card message:
- Indicate the name under which you are commissioned.
- Provide a brief explanation as to the circumstances under which your Delaware e-Notary
ID card, electronic signature or seal was stolen, lost, damaged, password compromised
or otherwise rendered incapable of affixing a legible image.
