Delaware is transitioning to an online application and commissioning system to provide for the online submission and updating of notary application information. The system allows applicants and current Delaware Notaries to access and update a Notary Profile. Applicants can enter applications online over the Internet and track the status of their application. Current notaries can easily update information and renew their commissions.

As part of the transition to this new system, it is necessary for existing notaries to provide a valid email address and establish their Notary Profile. You will be required to enter your commission number, your first and last name (as commissioned), your company name and a valid email address. You must also enter a username and password of your choosing. Note: The password must be entered twice. Once your profile is activated, this username and password will be used to log into your notary profile.

Once this is accomplished, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the activation of your Notary Profile. Once activated, you will be able to log into your Notary Profile to manage and update your information.
